0.0.4 - New Controller and some Obstacle tests!

Our new super cool non-slime , slime dude is here!  He may not "slime" but he has great sunglasses, so he's cool!

There's actually decent instructions posted in the level, so not much to say here.

Just one thing comes to mind: I forgot to add a way to quit, so you'll have to

yank it by force when your done testing (sorry, I rushed this out the door!)
